Are you really awarding players cash and gift cards?
Yes! Earn coins for a reward or money via Paypal and we will gladly send you the reward of your choosing. In addition to cash and gift cards, we also have discounts on travel, Groupon and even charitable donations.
How can I earn rewards?
You can earn rewards by collection coins. Coins are collected during gameplay and earned when you finish a level. You can also earn coins by watching video ads, completing offers, or opening chests. The coins you have collected are shown at the top of the screen while on the map.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Coins are used to redeem rewards.
Click on the Rewards button in the bottom right corner of the game. The Rewards Wall will come up. You can use your coins to purchase your gift cards here. Once you select you reward, your coins are deducted from your account and you will receive an email notification that your reward is being processed.
Please allow 2 business days for rewards to be processed although our fulfillment team is often available to do it quicker. All gift cards are sent via email.
I redeemed a reward. Where is it?
Please allow two days for reward processing although our fulfillment team is often able to do it quicker. If it’s been longer than 3 days, please let us know so we can track the status of your reward.
Can I buy coins?
No. Coins are not available for purchase within the game. You can however, purchase a bundle of “boosts” to help you to move forward in the game. Boost bundles come in a variety of packages. Different types of boost help you to get ahead in the game in different ways. For example, some boosts give you extra time or extra moves to assist you to get to the next level.
How long does it take for me to receive my PayPal funds?
Paypal rewards are fulfilled within two business days. If the receiver’s Paypal account and Paypal email address are verified, payment will be available as soon as it is processed. Occasionally Paypal may experience issues, such as “the receiver is not eligible to receive personal payments”. This means you need to have a Paypal account set up in order to receive a payment. If you redeem a reward without having a paypal account, Paypal may direct us to use a credit card to fulfill your reward, which could take 1-3 days to fully clear.
How can I redeem my Groupon Credit?
Immediately after purchasing, the game has a button that says “View Deal Now” and takes you to the Groupon page. You are emailed the Groupon code and a link to the Groupon item you selected. The code will work for any deal of the same type, for example any local code will work for all local Groupon Offers and any Groupon Getaways Code will work for all Groupon Getaways. Please Note: There are some Exceptions. Some Groupon deals do not allow coupon codes. This is a small minority but is worth noting.
What happens to my coins when I earn them?
Your coins are collected and added to your balance each time you play. If you earn enough coins for a reward or money via Paypal we will gladly send you the reward of your choosing. In addition to cash and gift cards, we also have discounts on travel, Groupon, and even a charitable donation. Please understand that you also use your coins to open chests in the game.Wood chests are free, but Gold Chests are 1000 coins and Platinum Chests are 10,000 coins!
I have completed an offer, when will I receive my coins?
Hello and thank you for completing an offer. The coins for offers are only awarded if the exact conditions specified in the offer are met. The coins may take anywhere from a few hours to a few days as well to be processed, verified and awarded by each offer provider.
If you run the game again, it will check to see if the coins are ready. If not, please take a closer look at the offer’s requirements to make sure you met them all.
Clicking the “Free Coins” button in the game and then tapping “View Offers”, you will see a “Support” button in the upper-right corner. Tap this button and it will show the exact status of your offer as well as the expected wait time. If it’s already been longer than the displayed wait time, a “Report” button will appear and you can use that to contact the individual offer provider directly.
I have completed a survey, when will I receive my coins?
Hello and thank you for completing a survey. The coins for surveys are only awarded when the survey is fully completed. If you go back into the survey screen, there is an icon in the bottom right corner that will tell you the status of any pending coin rewards. Also, the coins can often take up to 15 minutes to be processed and awarded. If you run the game again, it will check to see if the coins are ready.
I have referred a friend, when will I receive my coins?

When you invite other players to join the game, both you and your invited player are eligible to receive 3,000 coins each. In order to achieve this, the player you invited must earn 10,000 coins to meet the referral requirement.
Once your invited player earns 10,000 coins you’ll both automatically receive your 3,000 coins for the invite!
Why are there no Video Ads to watch?
Watching video ads requires an internet connection. Please verify that you have a strong internet connection.
Video ads will not always be available. Please try again after 15 minutes.
Video ads may require that you close and reopen the app to resume playing. Fully close the app by double-tapping the home button and swiping the screen upwards. Then, restart the app by tapping “Jet Set Go!” icon.
What happens if the app crashes while I am in the middle of a game?
We’re very sorry you encountered a crash. If you do experience this more than once, our first suggestion is to hard close all running apps and then reboot your device. If this problem continues to persist, please send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org We’ll be happy to investigate this further.
Can I play the game offline?
Yes, you can! All levels, as well as the Tiki Torch events, are available to play offline. However, please be sure that you are connected online when completing offers, surveys, watching a video, and claiming rewards. Being in airplane mode, offline or connected to VPN may cause a disruption in your connection to our server and we may be unable to receive a confirmation of your reward claim.
Can I sign in with my Facebook account?
Yes, you can! You can sign in using Facebook at any time by tapping the widget on the upper left corner of the map screen. You may also sign in with Facebook by going to the Settings Menu at the top right screen of the map. This will lead to Facebook Login and will take you directly into Facebook to sign in here.
How can I play the game across multiple devices?
Currently, you can not play the same account on multiple devices. This functionality is coming in a future update to the game.
Will I keep my progress if I reinstall the game?
The installation on one device is your only save, deleting it will remove the save from the device. Trying to log in to Facebook or iTunes with the same account its linked in a different device is currently not a feature we have.
How do I take a screenshot?
To take a screenshot on your iOS device, simply press the lock button and then the home button at the same time and you’ll see a flash. The screenshot image can then be found as your most recent photo.
